The newly scripted independent sitcom created by Bentley Kyle Evans (Martin, Jamie Foxx Show) and stars Tatyana Ali (Fresh Prince) debuted in a 4-episode tease for audiences earlier in the year but it has received a 26-episode pick up from TV One.
Love That Girl revolves around (Ali) a divorcee who returns home to Los Angeles to start over fresh in her father’s (Phil Morris) real estate firm and re-establishes old friendships. Ali, alongside Martin Lawrence and R&B singer/producer Raphael Saadiq serve as executive producers. The series will return on Jan 10.
