The dynamic duo, Oprah Winfrey and Tyler Perry, put their stamp of approval on Anthony Hemingway’s film debut ‘Red Tails’!
On Saturday, December 3rd, Oprah & Tyler Perry hosted a private screening of the upcoming movie Red Tails at the AMC Theater at Northpark Center in Dallas, TX.
The movie is based on the Tuskegee airmen, a group of African American combat pilots during World War II, where Ne-Yo plays Andrew “Smokey” Salem. Ne-Yo, along with the rest of the cast that includes Cuba Gooding Jr, Terrence Howard, Nater Parker and more were in attendance.
Oprah was very impressed with Ne-Yo’s performance and even tweeted him after “@neyocompound you were really good and added humor to this film. I loved the camaradie with the bro’s. Loved meeting you.”
